Flus and colds:

So the focus here is juicing fruit and veg that will speed up the detoxing process of the body and encourage it to get rid of the excess mucus . Every freshly juiced juice will help as you are intaking huge amounts of enzymes with every juice – it is like drinking a glass of army reserves, the enzymes will immediately help killing free radicals and foreign intruders. 1 Cold clobberer – grapefruit, ginger, lime, orange, carrot and apple

- Very citrusy, loaded with vitamin c (which has one of the highest level of antioxidants when compared with other vitamins) also has vitamin A and Folate

2 The flu fighter – carrot, ginger, apple, spinach and kiwi

Sweet tasting and effective, ginger helps warm up the body, it builds the internal body heat, spinach is grounding it doesn’t affect the flavour at all and helps oxegenate the blood which is vital when killing off a flu
