We have been growing fresh organic vegetables on our farm, since 1999. Situated in Aughrim, County Wicklow, we grow a large variety of vegetables and fresh fruit, in season, for hotels, restaurants and shops, along the east coast of Ireland.
Our mantra is Quality, Consistency and Value for money. As a result we don’t stockpile in our cold room. We only harvest to order. So, our vegetables are less than 24 hours old when they hit the kitchen or the shop shelf.
Our attention to quality and freshness means you can ‘Smell the Flavour’ before it gets to your plate. These are the vegetables you remember from your Granddads garden.
Along the way, we have been annually awarded the Bridgestone ‘Best in Ireland’ since 2005, been commended by Food & Wine and received the prestigious culinary Cavan Crystal award from EuroToques for ‘Best Artisan Food producer.
