The Lovely Basil Pesto Video Recipe
What you’ll need:
- A food processor
- 135g Raw Cashew Nuts
- 70g Parmesan cheese.
- 20g Garlic (about 4 cloves)
- 100g Basil
- 300ml Sunflower Oil
- A teaspoon of salt
Toast the cashews in a pan on a low – medium heat with no oil. Keep them moving around so that they don’t burn on the sides. Once they’re a little browned (and smelling good) you take them out of the pan and into a bowl.
Next up, everything goes into the processor and away we go! Blend it to your dream texture and you’re done! Couldn’t be simpler, could it?
