Greetings. We watched a documentary called food inc last night. Its all about how much do we know about the food that we eat, how few companies control most of the food industry and just how much power these guys have in focusing far more on company profits than our health. it was pretty scary stuff, it focused lots on factory meat farming and how horrible some sides of it are, very informative, heavy going though. loads of information for people who want to make more conscious food choices. if you have seen it let us know what you thought.
